If you ask me what is my best free web browser, i'll answer you Mozilla firefox, espesially the 3.0 version. the reasons why i choose it's because first safier than IE(internet eksplorer), until now there are no spyware that got to report.
My second reason, mozilla is faster than IE also more stable, The newest version (3.0) is more faster than the old one (2.0) it can handles memory better. I think IE now is not have a standard feutures and tools anymore.
Third reason, Mozilla 3.0 version have flexibility, expanibility, and feutures of any browser up to date.
